Oqta3D is a quoting engine for 3D printing services and manufacturers. We analyze uploaded 3D geometry, check manufacturability and return an instant price and lead time. Oqta3D is operated by Webotion ("we", "us" or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Contact information: name, work email, company and message that you submit through our contact form.
• 3D files and geometry: the files you upload (STEP, STL, IGES, OBJ, 3MF, PLY, GLB, DAE) and the measurements we derive from them, such as volume, surface area, wall thickness and DFM results.
• Account data: name, email address and a hashed password, if you create an account.
• Usage data: pages visited, device type, browser, approximate location and IP address, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

3. How we use your information

• To provide the service: analyze geometry, compute quotes, run DFM checks and manage orders.
• To respond to inquiries you submit through the contact form.
• To operate, maintain and improve the product and its security.
• To send service-related updates, where you have asked for them or as permitted by law.

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process personal data on the following bases:

• Account data: for as long as your account is active, and a reasonable period after you close it.

We use encryption in transit (TLS), access controls and restricted storage to protect your information and uploaded files. Access to geometry data is limited to what is needed to compute quotes and DFM results. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply industry-standard measures to protect your data.

• Request deletion of your data.
