Geometry analysis, DFM feedback and configurable pricing in one flow

From upload to order in three steps

No forms to fill before the price is known. Drop a file and see the number.

01

Upload a CAD file

Your customer drags in a STEP, STL, IGES, OBJ, 3MF, PLY or GLB. STEP and IGES give the most accurate results.

02

Get DFM and a price

Wall thickness, overhang, watertight and build-fit are checked automatically, with a live price and lead time.

03

Order and track

Approve the quote and follow production from submission to delivery, with status updates along the way.

One workflow for customers, sales and production

Instant pricing is the start. Looqbase keeps the request, commercial decision, customer approval and delivery connected.

Customer experience

A clear path from quote to delivery

Customer quote portal

Customers review quotes, approve the commercial offer and follow order and shipment status without another email thread.

One-click PDF quote

A branded, forward-ready PDF in one click. 3D thumbnail, cost breakdown and terms included.

Sales control

Review exceptions, not every quote

Commercial guardrails

Flag price deviations, low margin and risky DFM results for review before a quote reaches the customer.

Two-layer pricing logic you control

Two layers, always visible: a configurable rule engine for materials, machines, labour, waste and quantity discounts, plus automatic geometry-driven surcharges for complex features, never a hidden black-box number.

Operations

Keep every handoff visible

Action-based work queues

Requests, quotes and orders are grouped by what needs attention, what is waiting and what is complete.

Email to quote

Email in, quote out. Requests are picked up, logged to CRM and quoted without retyping.

Controlled AI and data

Choose what AI may inspect and whether processing stays local. Schedule CAD deletion and review the staff access trail.

Manufacturability feedback before approval

Review geometry risks before approving a quote. Available checks depend on the file, process and analysis mode; confidential mode has a different scope.

Manufacturability checks

Passes and risks are presented in one consistent review.

Plugs into the tools you already use

Looqbase connects CAD intake, customer quoting and your commercial workflow without forcing the team to re-enter the same information.

File compatibility with major CAD tools

Import supported exports from your CAD software. This is file compatibility, not a direct connection to each CAD application.

Embeddable quote experience

Place the customer quote flow inside your own site and keep your catalog, pricing and buying experience together.

REST API

Connect file intake, quotes, DFM results and orders to a custom storefront or internal workflow.

Integration and process projects

Integrations with ERP, CRM, accounting and e-commerce systems, and workflows tailored to you, can be added to any plan. They are priced as a project after a scope review. A ready-made connector is available for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Prices in euro, excluding VAT. No commission or transaction fee on your orders. User counts cover team accounts; customer accounts are unlimited. Annual billing gives you two months free. One-time setup: free on Starter, €490 on Professional (free with an annual contract), €1,490 on Business. Integration projects are priced separately.

How to get started

01

Define your catalog

Choose your processes, materials and pricing rules. Available options depend on your configured catalog.

02

Choose your connection

Use the customer experience on your site or connect through the API. Dynamics 365 requires integration configuration.

03

Start with a pilot

Try it with your own parts, agree on the plan, setup responsibilities and integration scope with our team, then go live.

Discuss pricing and setupThe sample part price is a manufacturing quote, not the software subscription price.

You should not have to hand over your design just to get a price

Most uploaded parts do not turn into an order. In Confidential Quote mode the model stays on your device while you are still deciding.

Explore file handling and privacy details

It stays on your device

Your browser measures the model. Only the numbers needed for pricing reach the server. Never the file, its name or an image of it.

AI does not see it

AI that reads models, meshes or drawings is disabled across the product. Third-party AI is not part of this at all.

You keep control

The production file is transferred only after you order, with a separate consent you can decline.

Two quoting modes, one product
Topic Standard Secure Confidential Quote

What the server receives The file and everything derived from it Measurements only: volume, area, bounding box, topology counts
Supported formats STEP, IGES, STL, OBJ, 3MF and more STL, OBJ, PLY and 3MF
Wall thickness and orientation comparison Available Not available while the model stays local
Production file Already on the server Transferred after the order, with separate consent

When you upload a CAD file, who can reach it?

These are the questions worth asking any quoting platform, including this one.

  • Which staff members can open the file, and is that access logged?
  • Is the file used to train or evaluate any model?
  • How long is it kept if you do not place an order?
  • Which sub-processors receive it, and in which countries?
  • Can your own organisation enforce a stricter rule than the default?
  • Which of these answers can be verified rather than trusted?

A checklist for choosing a platform

  1. Ask to see the exact data that leaves your device: as a list, before you send it.
  2. Ask which security claims are covered by automated tests, and what happens when one fails.
  3. Ask whether a failure falls back silently to a less private mode.
  4. Ask who can override your organisation's policy, and whether the decision is recorded per quote.
  5. Ask what the vendor admits it cannot protect. A page with no stated limits has not been written honestly.

We do not publish comparisons with named competitors without a dated, cited source. Our own claims are the ones bound to tests.

Frequently asked questions

STL, STEP, IGES, OBJ, 3MF, PLY, GLB and DAE. STEP and IGES give the most accurate geometry, DFM and pricing.

Analysis starts when the file is uploaded. Processing time depends on file format, size and geometry complexity.

Yes. The quote experience uses your catalog and pricing configuration and can be embedded in your customer journey.

Use the embeddable quote experience or connect through the REST API. Setup depends on your catalog, pricing rules and integration scope.
